Mission
The idea of running a business that has a vital social mission is an attractive proposition. After all, a thriving social entrepreneurship ecosystem is an essential engine for sustainable and inclusive economic growth. And that’s what we do. We seek to make a profit, but our business model is also focused on creating social change. Moreover, our business is driven by an environmental mission and reinvest profits into creating positive social change.
At the core of our operations is the desire to tackle the root of unsafe or environmentally dangerous practices. For instance, we reinvest 50% or more of annual profits towards achieving social purpose. Developing an evidence collection practice is another important goal of our social impact projects.
Our enterprise is about changing the current business models that aren’t producing results and creating new ones to change the status quo. We’re creating jobs and opportunities for those most marginalized from the workforce. In that light, our businesses work hard to bring sustainable solutions to the problems of poverty.
We work damn hard to succeed. So, please make it easy for us.
Our Vision
The social enterprise is, fundamentally, about using a market-driven business model to address social issues. These models can be expanded or replicated to other communities to generate more impact. At our social enterprise, we aspire to create a similar model.
Our organization is managed openly and responsibly and, in particular, involves employees. More importantly, we continuously find ways in which businesses can offer shovel-ready solutions to contemporary crises. This is reflected in the rise of new businesses, which increased companies’ entrepreneurship spirit and growth. We have a practical but innovative stance on a social problem, often using market principles. Furthermore, our profits can be distributed as profit sharing to stakeholders or used to benefit the community. In addition to self-identifying as a social enterprise, we have been recognized by numerous independent organizations.
